Indian Army’s Lt.Gen. visit to MAK

MAK was honoured to have Lt. Gen. to visit our factory and head quarters at Coimbatore, India in view of various aviation GSE and customised equipment designed and manufactured by us and supplied to Indian Army for their field application.This visit has strengthened MAK’s commitment to deliver our best services at all times to the Indian army.

15TR Combo unit Mobile Ground Power and Cooling Unit (GPCU) ACU + GPU

AIRMAK successfully delivered 30TR customized ACU’s for BOEING company for their CH-47 F Chinook helicopter

MAK is awarded with the prestigious project Mobile Power System for MRSAM from DRDO. The Managing Director of MAK, Mr.Saravanan Manickam is receiving the order from Dr. G. Satheesh Reddy, Secretary, Department of Defence R&D and Chairman, DRDO, during the launch of Tamilnadu Defence Industrial corridor event presided by honorable Raksha Mantri, Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman.

MAK have designed, manufactured and tested 400Hz AC Inverters for on-board requirement of a Hawker 800 aircraft, since the aircraft supplies only 28.5V DC power while AC power was required for special equipment testing, MAK had developed an inverter to convert Aircraft DC power to 400Hz AC for this application with a power rating of up to 7kVA.

MAK is glad to announce the certification of the coveted EN 9100:2018, technically equivalent to AS9100D. This is a recognition of our continually improving quality standards across our organisations that lead to great products for our esteemed customers, who are the biggest inspiration for our consistent development. This certification will now enable MAK to design and develop more world-class products for the aerospace industry and look forward to participating in prestigious projects.

MAK has supplied it’s standard 30TR Air conditioning unit for Yeti airlines operation at Nepal. The ACU’s supply output air in the temperature range of 5º C to 22º C and can be supplied with a heater too. Being compact these units are the best solution for cooling requirements of small aircraft.

MAK has delivered it’s new generation of Ground Power units with composite canopy to Shree Airlines, Nepal for their operations at Tribhuvan International airport,Kathmandu. The composite canopy give our GPU a modern appearance and their single point of locking and lifting mechanism ensure unrestricted access during maintenance activities.

A team of 90+ personnel from different air force bases across the country visited our factory at Coimbatore,India to get a feel of our state of the art manufacturing facilities, testing methods.

Air+Mak displayed 5TR Air Conditioning Unit, 28.5V DC Ground Power Unit along with AC&DC Load banks at their booth in NBAA BACE 2017. We had various prospective customers, existing customers visit us and interact with senior management present at the show.
