MAK’s core R&D activities in digital control systems focus on embedded control systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and SCADA/PLC integration where required. Most MAK control systems use interactive graphical user interfaces (GUIs) that summarise operational data on a single screen and provide maintenance charts, fault logs and troubleshooting guidance.
MAK continues to develop its digital-control capabilities through ongoing R&D.
