MAK's Static Frequency Converter units are designed with Power factor correction to guarantee a perfect sinusoidal input current from 25% to 150% load and a low THDi (<3%)ensuring high quality, maximum efficiency and secure electrical power supplies.
The Static Frequency Converter provides a controlled output frequency that is independent of fluctuations in input frequency and AC voltage and is designed to maintain stable performance under varying loads. In an induction motor driven by a frequency converter, the motor speed may vary due to changes in load torque. However, the system designed by MAK Controls and Systems maintains a constant speed throughout the specified operating speed range.
