Air Start Unit
MAK Controls designs and manufactures Air Start Units from 100 PPM to 400 PPM, with customised units available to order. MAK Air Start Units are in operation with major commercial airlines and military organisations worldwide. MAK supplied a custom-designed Air Start Unit for endurance testing of the GE90-115B aircraft engine.
The MAK Air Start Unit is equipped with the GSEM V8-A touchscreen control panel and MAK RDMS, a feature-rich fleet-management system that transmits live operational data to a remote computer or mobile device and provides real-time fault and maintenance alerts.
