Job Description – Analysis:
FEA (Finite Element Analysis):
• Experienced in Altair Hypermesh: Solvers - Optistruct, Radioss. Post Processing tools - Hyperview, Hypergraph.
• Experienced in 2D, Midsurface meshing, 3D (Tetrahedral & Hexahedral) meshing and 1D meshing Good knowledge on FE connections.
• Experienced in Linear static, modal, harmonic, random, transient, implicit and explicit drop. Good understanding of fatigue and fracture mechanics.
• Good conceptual and analytical knowledge on strength and vibration analysis.
• Experience in analytical calculations of bolted and welded connections.
• Experience in definition of contacts and Nonlinear analysis.

CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics):
• Experienced in Altair Hypermesh: Solvers - Acusolve, Post Processing tools - AcufieldView. Experienced in CFD Meshing.
• Experience in Conjugate heat transfer and flow analysis using Acusolve.
• Good knowledge in interpretation of results.
• Prepare technical reports documenting analysis results, calculations and findings.
• Ensure error free on-time delivery.
• Effective in communicating analysis findings.

1. Qualification: B.E.EEE
2. Experience: 8 to 12 years
3. JD: Control panel Design, Panel Wiring/Routing knowledge, ECADD software Design experience, Electrical products knowledge.
4. Knowledge in VFD configurations, sensors like temperature sensor, pressure sensor etc.,
5. Knowledge in study of technical specifications.
6. Knowledge in PLC and Embedded configurations.
7. Testing of electrical products.
8. Good in Communication, Team handling.
9. Coordination with production team & software development teams.
10. Team coordination, Communication skill.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience in the electrical manufacturing or engineering sector handle sales process:
2. Lead generation, customer interactions, proposal preparation, negotiation, objection handling, and order closing.
3. Manage customer relationships, including government tenders / projects and domestic Indian clients.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high responsiveness and effective communication.
5. Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and documentation using MS Office tools.
6. Coordinate with internal teams (production, projects , logistics, etc.) for smooth order execution.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales coordination or similar role
2. Strong exposure to government business handling and Indian customer management.
3. Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills.
4. Confident communicator (verbal and written) with a self-driven and proactive attitude.
5. Very responsive and customer-oriented mindset.
6. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for report generation and submission.
7. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

* 4 to 5 years of experience in PCB design, preferably using Altium Designer.
* Experience in multi-layer PCB design, preferably up to 6 layers.
* Qualification: B.E. or Diploma in EEE/ECE, with relevant experience.
* Good working knowledge of digital and analog circuits.
* Experience in PCB design for power electronics applications is preferred.
* Exposure to EMC/EMI design practices will be an added advantage.
* Candidate should be willing to coordinate with the hardware, software, production, and testing teams as required.
