Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary interface for customers during project execution, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and track project progress; regularly update customers and internal stakeholders.
• Address routine customer queries, technical clarifications, and basic system-related issues directly.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal experts while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Coordinate with Design ,Engineering, Production, Quality teams to ensure timely project deliverables.
• Manage project documentation including technical submissions, inspection reports, and customer communications.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on action points with all stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth handling of customer inspections, acceptance tests, and commissioning-related activities.
• Provide periodic reports on project milestones, risks, and mitigation measures.
• Support the overall goal of customer satisfaction by ensuring transparent, proactive, and professional communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant engineering disciplines preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Project Coordination, Customer Relations, or related roles in Defence and Aviation sectors.
• Strong technical understanding to independently handle project discussions and technical clarifications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Defence project protocols, documentation standards, and inspection processes.
• Ability to work independently under tight schedules and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on timely resolution and proactive communication.

* Knowledge in drafting and designing of products.
* Knowledge in drafting & modeling software like Auto cad, Solid works.
* Sheet Metal product experience added an advantage.
* Exposure in Auto cad Inventor, Ansys, etc.,
* Knowledge container/enclosure design & its selection calculations
* Knowledge in geometric tolerance & dimension

*Lead the design activity of various high power Battery Chargers, DC-DC Converters, Rectifiers, SMPS, OP-AMP and Motor Drivers. Magnetic design of converter components is mandatory.
* Thorough understanding in Analog circuit design, Thermal modelling of power electronic devices, heat sink design/calculation, EMI and EMC.
* Experience in Schematic design, Simulation/analysis, PCB layout guidance/verification, Prototype testing are preferable.
* Developing Electronics hardware right from paper to prototype. Alternate design analysis, POC evaluations and documenting.
* Detail design document with EMI/EMC consideration, Component Tolerance, de-rating calculations.
* Validating design for high reliability and robustness & Performing Functional and Compliance Testing.
* Knowledge in using Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Network analyzer and power supplies. Full bridge topologies, understanding of MOSFET.

Qualification – B.E / B. tech (Mech) Experience – 15 Years and above

• Create project schedules that include process estimates
• Maintain a project budget that includes accurate material and man power estimates vs actuals
• Coordinate with vendors for on time delivery of sub-parts at or under budget
• Coordinate with internal process departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Work with field service personnel to handle field issues as they arise

Job Description:
• Diploma or BE in EEE/ECE/EIE
• 8-10 years’ experience in service field.
• Should have experience in Installation, Commissioning, Servicing, Trouble Shooting and Testing of DG set individually at site.
• Hands on Experience on Servicing Electro Pneumatic, Air Conditioning Units installation and Servicing Individually at site will be an added advantage.
• Ready to travel to Malaysia throughout the year, should have 4 wheeler License and willing to drive car in Malaysia.
• Fluent in communication over English is necessity.
• Male candidates and immediate joiners are preferable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the After-Sales division covering AMC, spares sales, service coordination, and technical support.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve AMC and spares sales targets.
• Provide expert technical support for resolving issues related to Defence Power Systems, Cooling Systems, and associated equipment.
• Manage and guide a team of Managers, Team Leads, and Site Engineers responsible for on-site service, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure timely execution of AMCs and spares supply, while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor warranty obligations and coordinate for warranty claims and service requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Production, Supply Chain, etc.) to resolve technical challenges and fulfill customer needs.
• Conduct regular service reviews, technical audits, and site visits; maintain detailed records of all after-sales activities.
• Establish systems for preventive maintenance, spare parts planning, and proactive technical support.
• Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction through prompt service and support.
• Provide training programs for customers and internal teams on equipment operations and maintenance.
Qualification & Skills:
• Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in After-Sales, AMC, Technical Services, or Field Support, preferably in Defence and Aviation sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in Power Systems, Cooling Systems, Electrical and Electronic Systems.
• Proven leadership skills in managing large teams with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Defence and PSU service procedures and compliance documentation.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and customer interactions

* Hands on Experience on Servicing the Electrical/Mechanical Product and also Installation and Commissioning activities.
* Ready to travel all over India through out the year.
* Should be have good communication over English and Hindi.
