Qualification Diploma / B.E (EEE / ECE/ EIE) must & (non – technical kindly ignore)
Skill Set

1. Hands on Experience of 15+ Years in Project Management, PPC & Project Co ordination..
2. Coordinate end-to-end project activities from initiation to delivery, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
3. Must have exposure in Handling Multiple teams and projects simultaneously
4. Support Project teams in developing project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, and cost tracking.
5. Collaborate with a team of individuals to ensure they meet their individual deliverables on time and within budget
6. Track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; highlight cost and schedule risks.
7. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions by connecting with all stake holders.
8. Act as a primary coordination point between internal teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, testing) and external stakeholders (customers & suppliers).
9. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and reviews to senior management and customers.
10. Support customer audits, design reviews, and milestone reviews (PDR, CDR, FAT, SAT).
11. Ensure adherence to defense and aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, MIL standards, where applicable).
12. Support configuration management, change control boards (CCB), and risk management processes.
13. Identify technical, operational, and supply-chain risks and support mitigation planning.
14. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and services.
15. Support continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, tools, and reporting.

Skills & Competencies
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of defence/aerospace project lifecycles.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or equivalent).
Understanding of configuration management, quality assurance, and certification processes.
Knowledge in Electrical CADD is a plus.
Experience in Equipment manufacturing industry is preferable.
Experience in SAP, AS9100 Rev D an added advantage.
